Ollie has a slender figure, jet black hair in a ponytail with red tips, and pale skin highlighted with dark, heavy makeup. He seems to enjoy making himself look feminine, which often results in people assuming he's a girl at first glance. He wears revealing outfits, clearly somewhat of an exhibitionist. He enjoys attention, anyway. Often found flirting, teasing, crossdressing and generally being a mild nuisance wherever he finds himself.

He seems playful and teasing, and generally laid-back, though people who spend a long time around him can find him rather quick to irritate. As much as he puts up a tough persona, he's easy enough to subdue with a firm gaze or soft affection.
